Artist Statement:
My Artwork is about the
importance of our family in today society. I believe a lot of our problems
start from within our own homes. Our children are like beautiful flowers that need
a lot of nurture, love, protection, support and tender care. In my Art making I
hope to be able to portray positive values that will help make our communities
a better and safer place.
The works in this exhibition
are influenced from my cultural heritage to stand tall, be proud of who you
are, where you come from and what you want to achieve.
